Our Story
Bhakti Sangam Group (BSG) is a vibrant community-driven initiative established in 2024 with a mission to spread the essence of Sanatan culture and values across Australia. Through soul-stirring bhajan kirtan, paath, pooja, Sundarkand, Mata Ki Chowki, Jaagran, and Bhajan Sankirtan, BSG aims to take the spirit of Sanatan Prachaar to every Sanatani home.
At the heart of BSG's vision is empowering the next generation with the richness of Sanatan heritage, blending seamlessly with Australia's multicultural fabric. By instilling values of inclusivity, harmony, and compassion, BSG strives to nurture children who'll grow into global citizens with a deep understanding of their roots.

Meet Sachin Nayyar
Founder, Bhakti Sangam Group
Sachin Nayyar is the founder of Bhakti Sangam Group and the lead pandit for every ceremony BSG hosts across Sydney. With more than 18 years of experience in bhajan, kirtan and Vedic paath, Sachin Ji brings warmth, devotion and a deep respect for tradition to each gathering — whether it's an intimate home havan or a 400-guest Mata Ki Chowki.
Sachin Ji personally leads Sundarkand Path, Mata Ki Chowki, Jaagran, Bhajan Sandhya, Sat Narayan Katha, Akhand Ramayan Path, Grih Pravesh Hawan, and Sai Sandhya. He sings and explains paath in five languages, so families across India's many traditions feel at home in the same satsang.

Satyam Tiwari
Lead Vocalist
Satyam is rooted in the rich musical lineage of the Bal Mata Gharana Amritsar — led by his father, Shri Vikas Kumar Tiwari, under the divine blessings of Mahant Lal Chand Ji.
He represents four generations of unwavering devotion to sacred music. Inheriting this revered art from his great-grandfather, grandfather and father, he has been performing since childhood and brings over 10 years of professional expertise.
Professionally working in IT, his heart lies deeply in music. Having established his journey performing across Amritsar, he has now brought this sacred tradition to Sydney, carrying the legacy forward in Australia.
As a versatile lead vocalist, he specialises in soulful renditions for Mata ki Chowki, Jaagran and Tara Rani ki Katha, as well as captivating Sufi and Qawwali music. An accomplished multi-instrumentalist, he elevates every devotional gathering with his mastery of 9 traditional instruments.
Gagan Deep Mishra
Vocalist & Music Enthusiast
Gagan is a Food Technologist by profession and a passionate musician by heart. His musical journey began in 2014 with Hindustani Classical Music through Prayag Sangeet Samiti, and since then he has continued exploring Classical, Folk, Sufi, Bollywood and devotional music.
Since 2024, his association with Bhakti Sangam has deepened his spiritual connection with music. For Gagan, music is more than a passion — it is a journey of learning, meditation, prayer and self-discovery.
Through his music, he hopes to spread devotion, peace and connection, inspiring people of all generations to pause, look within and find their own inner harmony.
Tarun Garg
Guitar & Vocals
Music has been an integral part of Tarun's life for over 35 years. Over the decades, he has had the privilege of performing with various bands and exploring a wide range of musical genres. What began as a passion has grown into a lifelong journey, giving him countless opportunities to connect with people through the universal language of music.
Alongside music, he is a devout devotee of Maa Rajrajeshwari, whose grace and blessings continue to be an important part of his life and spiritual journey.
Professionally a telecommunications professional, music remains his passion and the space where he finds creativity, expression and joy. After 35 years of making music, he continues to believe there is always something new to learn, experience and share — for him, music is not simply a hobby, it is a way of life.
