- Deposits ($251) are non-refundable but transferable to a new date (minimum 72 hours notice required for a date transfer).
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the ceremony: deposit is forfeited and an additional cancellation fee may apply to cover scheduled team time and travel.
- If BSG cancels: a full deposit refund is processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- For Bhajan Clubbing tickets: non-refundable but transferable. If BSG cancels the event, a full refund is processed automatically.
