What is included in the ceremony fee?

The ceremony fee covers Sachin ji and his team's time, expertise, and travel to your home or venue. Samagri (puja items), prasad, catering, backdrop decoration, and sound system are available as add-ons — please discuss with us at the time of booking.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and auspicious dates which fill quickly. For Jaagran and large ceremonies, 4–6 weeks notice is preferred.

Do you travel outside the Hills District?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we serve all of Sydney. We offer best pricing in our 11 base suburbs (The Ponds, Kellyville Ridge, Schofields, Tallawong, Riverstone, Glenwood, Quakers Hill, Stanhope, Marsden Park, Seven Hills, Westmead). All other Sydney suburbs use our 'Other suburbs' price. A small Convenience fee and Payment processing fee are added transparently at checkout.

What languages do you conduct ceremonies in?

Sachin ji conducts ceremonies in Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi, and English — whichever your family is most comfortable with.

Can you perform ceremonies at temples or community halls?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We regularly perform at homes, temples, and community halls across Sydney. Please mention your preferred venue when booking.

Question 6

What is your deposit and payment policy?

Accepted Answer

A $251 booking deposit is required to confirm all ceremonies. The deposit is non-refundable but transferable to another date (subject to availability). The remaining balance is due after the ceremony is completed.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please contact us as soon as possible on 0404 719 414. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date. Cancellations within 48 hours of the ceremony may incur additional charges.

Do you provide samagri and puja items?

Accepted Answer

Samagri can be arranged as an add-on. Please mention this requirement when booking and our team will confirm availability and pricing via WhatsApp.

Question 9

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

Accepted Answer

You will receive a booking confirmation email with a unique reference number and QR code ticket once Sachin ji accepts your request and your deposit payment is processed.
