We collect only the information needed to provide our services: your name, email, phone number, suburb, and — only for astrology consultations — your date, time and place of birth.

Your information is used to process bookings, send confirmation emails and QR-code tickets, contact you about your booking, and prepare your astrology chart (where applicable).
3. How we store it
Your data is stored securely in our managed cloud database with access restricted to BSG staff. We never sell or rent your information to third parties.
4. Payment data
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. BSG does not store credit card details on our servers.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us on 0404 719 414. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
