These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Bhakti Sangam Group (ABN 15 182 231 711) ("BSG", "we", "us"). By booking a service with BSG you agree to the terms below.
1. Services Covered
BSG offers ceremony bookings (pujas, hawans, paths, jaagrans, kirtans), astrology consultations, and events such as Bhajan Clubbing across Sydney, Australia.
2. Booking Deposit
A $251 booking deposit is required to confirm all ceremonies. The deposit is non-refundable, but is transferable to another date (subject to availability) with at least 72 hours notice.
3. Payment Terms
The deposit is due within 48 hours of booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due after the ceremony is completed, via the secure payment link sent by BSG.
4. Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the ceremony may incur additional charges to cover scheduled team time and travel. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
5. Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable except in the case of a BSG-initiated cancellation, in which case a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
6. Service Delivery
BSG will make every effort to honour confirmed bookings. In the rare event BSG must cancel, the customer will be notified immediately and offered a full refund or an alternate date at no extra cost.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
